Police arrest man for throwing his dog from third floor of an apartment building in Famagusta

The police announced that they have arrested a person who threw a dog from the third floor of an apartment building in Famagusta.

The suspect identified only as K.K. (M-41), who lives on the third floor of an apartment building in Famagusta, threw his Pekingese dog from the balcony of his home—approximately 6 meters high—causing the dog to suffer a broken left hind leg and serious injuries.

According to the police press bulletin, the individual in question was identified and arrested in connection with the incident, which took place at the weekend.

The police investigation is ongoing.
