Electricity of subscribers with debt in northern Cyprus will be cut off on April 7

Kıb-Tek has announced that the electricity of private and corporate subscribers with debts of 675 TL and above for the period of March 2025 and before will be cut off on April 7, 2025.

Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (Kıb-Tek) announced that the electricity of all private and legal entities with debts of 675 TL and above due to unpaid debts for the period of March 2025 and before will be cut off on April 7, 2025.

In the statement, it was stated that in addition to these debts, subscribers with legal contracts with the Institution and unpaid installment debts of installment accounts will also be affected.

Kıb-Tek kindly requested subscribers to make their payments as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

In the statement, it was stated that Kıb-Tek determined the date on which electricity would be cut off in case of non-payment, but that the outages could be prevented if subscribers completed their payments.
