Two arrested for stealing £15,000 from a vehicle in İskele-Boğaz

Two individuals who helped drive the car of an individual who was under the influence of alcohol were arrested for stealing £15,000 from the vehicle.

The incident happened in İskele-Boğaz on March 24, 2025.

According to information provided by the Police Press Office, during an in-depth investigation into the matter, it was determined that £15,000, which was kept in the glove compartment of the vehicle was stolen by the suspects O.K.D. (M-32) and C.T.K. (F-47). 

The vehicle owner, who was under the influence of alcohol and unable to drive, had entrusted the car to them.

The suspects have been arrested, and the police investigation is ongoing.
