38 arrested for illegally residing in Cyprus
The arrests were made in the framework of a Cyprus-wide operation to locate and repatriate individuals residing illegally on the island.
The operation was carried out with the participation of several services, including the immigration office and those responsible for surveillance of the green line.
Police said efforts were continuing on a daily basis.
