Another increase in fuel prices on the agenda of the government
Due to the record increase in global oil prices, there is now a new plan to increase fuel prices in the TRNC, just 3 days after the last increase was announced.
Currently, a barrel of Brent Petrol is almost sold for 130 dollars and the depreciation of the TL against the dollar triggered a new hike in fuel prices.
The Fuel Unit, which determines new figures for fuel prices once a week, is expected to submit its price proposal to the Council of Ministers this week.
On, Friday, March, 4, the TRNC Council of Ministers announced a new fuel price and now another increase is on the agenda.

-95 octane unleaded gasoline increased from 13.70 TL to 14.73 TL,
-98 octane unleaded gasoline increased from 13.94 TL to 14.97 TL,
-Euro diesel increased from 13.56 TL to 14.62 TL, and
