14 New cases of coronavirus reported in TRNC on Saturday, 7 are local cases

14 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Northern Cyprus on Saturday which brings the total number of cases there so far to 1,895.

1,835 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours and 14 new cases were confirmed.

1 of the cases came to the TRNC by air, 2 by sea, 4 persons came in contact with previous cases who are under surveillance, and 7 were local cases.

Of the cases, 2 were from Lefkosa, 8 from Kyrenia, 1 from Güzelyurt Region and 3 people came from abroad.

They have started receiving treatment at the State Hospital Quarantine Service in Lefkosa.

17 people were discharged from the hospital after completing treatment.
