Dangerous collision on the Gonyeli-Bosphorous highway, two injured
The rate at which accidents occur in the country on a daily basis is so alarming and authorities should urgently do something about it.
A car turned on it's head on the Gonyeli-Bosphorous highway on Thursday afternoon with two people slightly injured in the incident.
Information released by the police say the accident between two vehicles happened at about 6:pm on Thursday Gonyeli-Bogazkoy road.
One of the car driven by a 22-year-old towards the Bosphorous direction of the road hit another car driven by a 23-year-old while trying to make a right turn. This caused the car to rolled uncontrollably as a result of the collision.
The two injured victims were taken to a hospital in Lefkosa for treatment.
