Captain arrested for docking ship at occupied Famagusta port
Greek Cypriot authorities have arrested a 51 year old non-Cypriot, captain of a ship
that reportedly docked at the Famagusta port in January.
According to philenews, the man, captain of a commercial ship, docked at Famagusta last January and a few days ago sailed from there to Limassol port.
Police arrested him yesterday in Limassol for the offence of entering an illegal port of entry.
He was handed a €1800 fine to be payed immediately.
